all phases of this traditional process as the
beans undergo roasting. When he
hears the sound of the beans cracking and when
their color shows they are toasted to perfection,
he calls a halt to the roast.

Roast Master blends the beans himself to ensure
you obtain a coffee of the highest quality.
Our insistence on quality in both
the selection of the green beans and in roasting

From roasting through to final
vacuum packing, our whole process is designed
to guarantee quality from beginning to end.
Our packaging supplier, Goglio
(http://www.goglio.it),
has developed a patented valve system for vacuum
sealing whereby the coffee’s aroma and taste
are optimally preserved.
This quality assurance means that
Royal Pacifique is number one in the New Caledonian
market and is now expanding into the export markets
of Australia, French Polynesia, Japan and Wallis
& Futuna.
